2.1. The site and all of its activity — including automated processing, API services, and any other functionality — are not active on the Jewish Sabbath (Friday night through Saturday night) and on Jewish holidays. No service of any kind will be provided during these times.

2.2. This includes, but is not limited to: file processing, transcription, API requests, and any automated tasks. Requests submitted during these times will not be processed until the service resumes after the Sabbath or holiday ends.

3. File Storage

3.1. Files uploaded to the site are stored for a limited time. The site is not responsible for long-term file storage.

Additional details regarding file storage:

• Uploaded media files are temporarily stored during processing and deleted shortly after transcription completion
• Transcription results are available through your account for a limited period
• Results are also delivered to your registered email address for permanent access
• We recommend downloading and backing up important transcriptions locally

4. Information Collection

4.1. The information collected is limited to login details provided by external authentication providers, with the user's consent.

We collect the following information:

• Google account information for authentication purposes
• Email address for service communications and file delivery
• Usage statistics for service improvement
• Payment information for billing purposes (processed by secure third-party providers)

5. Marketing Communications

5.1. The site may send email messages to the email address provided during registration, including marketing content. The site commits to maintaining a reasonable frequency of messages.

Our communication policy includes:

• Essential service notifications (transcription completion, errors, etc.)
• Account-related updates and security notifications
• Optional promotional content and feature announcements
• Reasonable frequency limits to avoid spam
• Option to unsubscribe from non-essential communications

6. Content Restrictions

6.1. It is strictly forbidden to upload sexual, violent content, or any material that offends certain individuals or populations.
